2025 Price increase

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, the venue reception  fee is  $6950  + Package price per person = $248 per person

 Thursday, the venue reception fee  is $5950  + Package price per person = $248 per person

Below is a run sheet time line. Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. * Sunday weddings/ functions can start from 12 midday.

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / Bar opens arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage  service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite
4.30pm Ceremony usually take 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages.

5pm Bar service continues + roasted nut mix, guests mingle  outside terrace area.

5.30pm- 6.45pm 6 varieties of canapés served
7  pm entree served
7.30pm speeches after entree cleared
8 pm main served, more speeches if required
