Dining on the Edge is open on a Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday night.  We are a small professional team open subject to availability on a  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday night. 

Dining on the Edge in -house guests $148 per person 6 pm

* Non-resident/visitors to the retreat welcome *Subject to availability  $160 per person    

Limited seats,  prepayment is required to secure your dining experience.  

Dining on the Edge includes a 2.5-hour select alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverage package with select premium wines, tea & coffee and corkage should you wish to bring your own favorite bottle of wine.

Tumbling Waters is a small, boutique retreat providing you with the freshest seasonal produce, a set Chef’s menu, with modern Australian cuisine, fresh salads, vegetables, meat and seafood offering one of the most romantic places to eat.

The 'Party Package'  perfect way to celebrate a Birthday,  end of year staff  get together Christmas  etc.  when dancing,  good food, wine and music  is a priority on the agenda.

The evening begins at 6.30 pm with sparkling wine.

  • Roasted nuts
  • Chefs selection 2 varieties canapés
  • A self serve grazing table is available for your guests to help themselves from 7 pm -8.30 pm . * items constitute a light meal.
  • The Grazing Table consists of the following items,   array of sliced small goods, Australian cheese board and condiments,  lamb kofta, chefs selection of dips and crudites, Italian style marinated vegetables, olives, feta, smoked Salmon, vegetable frittata, Thai chicken balls, chefs selection salads, selection of  bread and   crackers.
  • 9.30pm  Belgium Chocolate cake served for dessert with cream and raspberry coulis. ( can be presented as a birthday cake)
  • 10pm Bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only.
