The evening begins at 6 pm with welcome beverages and a selection of canapés, followed by a 3 course Chef’s menu.
The tariff is $148 per person and includes select beverages, wines as well as corkage should you wish to bring your own favourite bottle of wine (3 hour beverage package)
A tariff of $160 per person applies for group bookings > 5 people.
Open daily for our in-house guests. Non resident visitors are most welcome on a Saturday.
Tumbling Waters is a small, boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest available seasonal produce , we offer a set Chef’s menu.
Our menu is modern Australian cuisine, consisting of fresh salads, vegetables, meat and seafood.
We need to know in advance if there are any special dietary requirements, allergies or food intolerance’s so our Chef can prepare especially for you.
Dining on the Edge accepts limited bookings, so to avoid disappointment, advanced bookings recommended.

A tariff of $160 applies for group bookings > 5 guests maximum 16 Final guest numbers, payment and any dietary requirements must be provided 2 weeks in advance.
