Monday  to Friday  Lunch 12- 2  pm Chefs Gourmet platter for two  $156 per couple.

*Non-resident guests welcome  Subject to availability Limited seats,  prepayment is required to secure your dining experience.  

Dining on the Edge includes a 2.5 hour  select alcoholic  & non alcoholic beverage package with select premium  wines, tea & coffee  and  corkage should you wish to bring your own favorite bottle of wine. ( Lunch includes a 2  hour beverage package )

Tumbling Waters is a small, boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest  seasonal produce, we offer  set Chef’s menus, with  modern Australian cuisine, fresh salads, vegetables, meat and seafood. 

We need to know in advance if there are any allergies or dietary  intolerance, so our Chef can prepare especially for you.

Begins with a glass of sparkling on arrival,  indulge overlooking the Ocean. The perfect intimate lunch over looking the Ocean.

GROUP BOOKINGS DINING ON THE EDGE

A tariff of $160 applies for group bookings > 4 guests maximum 16   Final guest numbers, payment and any dietary requirements must be provided 2 weeks in advance.

 

The 'Party Package'  perfect way to celebrate a Birthday,  end of year staff  get together Christmas  etc.  when dancing,  good food, wine and music  is a priority on the agenda.

The evening begins at 6.30 pm with sparkling wine.

  • Roasted nuts
  • Chefs selection 2 varieties canapés
  • A self serve grazing table is available for your guests to help themselves from 7 pm -8.30 pm . * items constitute a light meal.
  • The Grazing Table consists of the following items,   array of sliced small goods, Australian cheese board and condiments,  lamb kofta, chefs selection of dips and crudites, Italian style marinated vegetables, olives, feta, smoked Salmon, vegetable frittata, Thai chicken balls, chefs selection salads, selection of  bread and   crackers.
  • 9.30pm  Belgium Chocolate cake served for dessert with cream and raspberry coulis. ( can be presented as a birthday cake)
  • 10pm Bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only.

The evening  concludes at 10.30pm

The  package includes red / white and sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, orange juice, tea / coffee. Includes corkage should you wish to BYO  Spirits and  Beer. Any beer and Spirits not consumed on the night will be returned the following day.
