Dining on the Edge A Gourmet Affair, non resident guests welcome on a Saturday evening. Twelve tables only, advance bookings recommended.
The evening begins at 6.30 pm with welcome beverages and a selection of canapés, followed by a 3 course Chef’s menu.
The tariff is $148 per person and includes select beverages, wines as well as corkage should you wish to bring your own favorite bottle of wine (3 hour beverage package)
A tariff of $160 per person applies for group bookings > 4 people.
Tumbling Waters is a small, boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest available seasonal produce , we offer a set Chef’s menu.
Our menu is modern Australian cuisine, consisting of fresh salads, vegetables, meat and seafood.
We need to know in advance if there are any allergies or dietary intolerance, so our Chef can prepare especially for you.
