A Ceremony venue hire fee of $1000  midweek Monday – Thursday and $1650 Friday, Saturday & Sunday  applies.

Our minimum spend number is  30  adults and maximum is 140  adults.

* Minimum guests number on a  Saturday 80 adults. * Numbers can be reduce subject to negotiation on booking.

  • Children  $65 ( 2-12 years )

10 % Sunday surcharge.

Casual seating allows your guests to sit inside or outside….no need for name cards, formal seating plans or the stress of who is sitting next to who !!!

Indian butter chicken with basmati rice

Moroccan lamb meat ball with couscous

ON THE DAY

Below is a guideline outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

 11.30 Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
12 midday Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
12.20 pm Guests directed ceremony location
12.30 pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
1 2.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages as well that way you will not miss out.

1  pm  Celebrations begin with a  selection of gourmet  dips, crackers and sparkling wine.

2 pm    Guests help themselves to the Buffet

3 pm Speeches followed by  cutting of the cake

3.30 pm  Dessert  selection teas and freshly brewed  Coffee

4 pm Bar remains open non alcoholic beverages only

The afternoon concludes at  4.30 pm

This package may be extended for one hour the tariff is $20 per person.
