The Chefs Buffet Dinner includes Ceremony.

4.5 hour duration $168 per person + ceremony venue hire fee includes beverage service.

Perfect for couples seeking a casual atmosphere no formal seating  your guests are free  to sit where ever they like including outside in the garden.

A Ceremony venue hire fee of $1000  midweek Monday – Thursday and $1650 Friday, Saturday & Sunday  applies.

Our minimum spend number is  40  adults and maximum is 140  adults.

* Minimum guests number on a  Saturday 80 adults. * Numbers can be reduce subject to negotiation on booking.

  • Children  $65 ( 2-12 years )
  • Sunday 10% surcharge

Includes everything as listed under  Tumbling Waters Retreat all inclusive to ensure your wedding is well organised and has a good flow. The Chefs Buffet package can be extended for an additional hour,  the tariff is $20 per person and includes beverage service and canapes.

Chefs selection dips, marinated olives & nuts  to start

Followed by a  visual  display of fresh healthy salads,    marinated vegetables, smoked Salmon,

cured meats and  freshly  baked  breads.

Choice of two of  the following wet dishes

Indian butter chicken with basmati rice

Moroccan lamb meat ball with couscous

Indonesian chicken and vegetables stir fry with steamed rice

 

Classic Burgundy beef stew with mixed roasted potato

Mediterranean style roasted chicken with sweet potato gratin

Tuscan vegetarian pasta

Includes a  Belgium Chocolate Cake presented as a wedding cake and served with seasonal berries and cream.

ON THE DAY

Below is a guideline outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages as well that way you will not miss out.

5pm Guests enjoy  beverages, roasted nuts and dips whilst enjoying panoramic views over looking the ocean.
5.30 pm Guests move inside and help themselves to the buffet.
6.45 pm speeches and dancing , cut cake
7.50 pm   dessert
 8 pm tea / coffee / wedding cake served
8 pm bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only
8.30 pm End of function

This package may be extended for one hour the tariff is $20 per person and includes an  additional canapé and 1 hour beverage service.
