Silver Sit Down Package includes Ceremony

5 hours duration $195 per person + ceremony venue hire fee includes beverage service.

A Ceremony / Venue Hire  fee of $1800 midweek Monday – Thursday and $2750 Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Minimum  30 adults and maximum of 120 adults

  • Teenagers $156 ( 13-17 years )
  • Children  $65 ( 2-12 years )
  • Sunday 10% surcharge

*Minimum of 80 adults on a Saturday.

* Minimum spend 50 adults Friday & Sunday

* Numbers can be reduce subject to negotiation when booking.

Maximum 120 and minimum 30 adults Monday- Thursday.

Includes everything as listed under  Tumbling Waters Retreat all inclusive to ensure your wedding is well organised and has a good flow.

The tariff to extend the silver sit down package for an additional hour is $20 per person  and includes beverage service and one variety canapes.

Below is a run sheet time line. Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage  service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages.

5pm beverages and roasted nuts served outside terrace area.
5.30pm Guests seated inside & bread served
5.40pm Entree served
6.20pm Speeches
6.40pm Main served alternate service

This wedding reception package may be extended for one hour to include beverage service and one variety of canapes allowing  additional time outside so your guests can mingle before being seated   $20 per person.  OR Additional time to dance !!
