Gold Sit Down Package includes Ceremony

6 hours duration $225 per person + ceremony venue fee includes beverage service.

Our most popular package,  plenty of time to mingle outside,  canapés & beverages  served on the deck overlooking the Ocean after your ceremony.   A sure way to impress your guests.

A Ceremony / venue hire  fee of $1000 midweek Monday – Thursday and $1650 Friday, Saturday & Sunday  applies

  • Teenagers  $180 ( 13-17 years )
  • Children  $65 ( 2-12 years )
  • Sunday 10% surcharge

*Minimum of 80 adults on a Saturday during season. * Numbers can be reduce subject to negotiation when booking.

Maximum 120 guests minimum spend 30 adults.

Includes everything as listed under  Tumbling Waters Retreat all inclusive to ensure your wedding is well organised and has a good flow.

The Gold Sit down package can be extended for an additional hour,  the tariff is $16 per person and includes beverage service.

Below is a guideline outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

ON THE DAY

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.
After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages as well that way you will not miss out.
5pm Celebration  beverages and roasted nuts served on the terrace over looking the ocean
5.15pm gourmet cheese and fruit platters served
5.30 2 varieties of canapés served
6.30pm guests seated inside. Bread served
6.40pm alternate entree served
7.20pm speeches
7.40 pm alternate main served
After main more speeches, cut cake, bridal waltz ,dancing
8.40pm alternate dessert served
tea / coffee / wedding / birthday cake served
9.30pm petit fours bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only
