Bronze Sit Down Package includes Ceremony

4 hours duration $175 per person + ceremony venue hire fee includes beverage service.

The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and beverages served on the terrace over looking the ocean before guests are seated.

A Ceremony venue hire fee of $1800  midweek Monday – Thursday and $2750 Friday, Saturday & Sunday  applies.

  • Sunday 10% surcharge

Includes everything as listed under  Tumbling Waters Retreat all inclusive to ensure your wedding is well organised and has a good flow. The Bronze Sit down  package can be extended for an additional hour,  the tariff is $20 per person and includes beverage service and a alternate main or chefs selection 2 canapes.

sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, selection of

tea & coffee. ( 3.5 hours  alcoholic )



BYO Spirits & Beer includes corkage.

Freshly baked bread.




Selection of one entree,  one main and one dessert.

Below is a run sheet time line. Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage  service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages. 

 5 pm Guests are served roasted nuts & beverages  outside overlooking the ocean

7 pm  cut cake, bridal waltz,
