Bronze Sit Down Package includes Ceremony

4 hours duration $175 per person + ceremony venue hire fee includes beverage service.

The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and beverages served on the terrace over looking the ocean before guests are seated.

A Ceremony venue hire fee of $1000  midweek Monday – Thursday and $1650 Friday, Saturday & Sunday  applies.

Minimum  30 adults and maximum of 120 adults

  • Teenagers $136 ( 13-17 years )
  • Children  $65 ( 2-12 years )
  • Sunday 10% surcharge

*Minimum of 90 adults on a Saturday during season. * Numbers can be reduce subject to negotiation on booking.

Includes everything as listed under  Tumbling Waters Retreat all inclusive to ensure your wedding is well organised and has a good flow. The Bronze Sit down  package can be extended for an additional hour,  the tariff is $20 per person and includes beverage service and a alternate main or chefs selection 2 canapes.

BYO Spirits & Beer includes corkage.

Freshly baked bread.

 

 

 

Selection of one entree,  one main and one dessert.

*If you select the Belgium Chocolate cake as the dessert

option we can present this as your wedding cake

 

 

ON THE DAY

Below is a guideline outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. 

3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we  take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages as well that way you will not miss out.

 5 pm Guests are served roasted nuts & beverages  outside overlooking the ocean
 5 .30 pm  Guests seated Bread & Entree served
 6 pm  Speeches
 6.30 pm  Main
7 pm  cut cake, bridal waltz,
 7 .15 pm  Dessert
 7.30 pm Bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only
 7.35 pm  tea / coffee / wedding cake served

The tariff to extend this package for one hour is  $ 20  per person  and includes alternate main or  chefs selection 2 variety   canapes .
