Tumbling Waters Retreat is where the ceremony, photos, reception and accommodation are all at the one gorgeous location.

A setting so romantic you don’t need to go anywhere to capture stunning wedding photos.

Suspended on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the ocean the breath taking scenery is the perfect backdrop for the greatest day of your life.

Exquisite cuisine and service by a hand picked team of professionals ensure you experience the wedding or private celebration of your dreams.

Less then an hour's drive south of Sydney our passion is boutique weddings. Either cocktail style for 20 to 80 guests or sit down for 20 to 70 guests.

VENUE HIRE

All wedding receptions and private functions booked incur a venue hire fee for exclusive use of the reception dining room, glass atrium and ground floor terrace area.

Fridays, weekends and public holidays $330 per hour.

Monday to Thursday $165 per hour. The venue hire starts when the guests arrive and ends when the guests leave.

PACKAGES

We have six packages that include beverages. Please remember to include venue hire when calculating your costings. Should you wish to have your ceremony onsite before your reception, guests will need to arrive 1 hour prior to the time the package starts and a one hour venue hire fee will apply. * The ceremony only tariff per person is not charged should you have your wedding reception at the Retreat

Please note we have an 11:00pm curfew at the retreat Monday to Saturday and public holidays and a 9:00pm curfew on Sundays.

Beverage Service

All our packages include beverage service, premium red, white and sparkling wine, premium light and full strength crown lager beer, orange juice, mineral water, soft drinks, and a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.

All our red, white and sparkling wines come from blended grape varieties that have been carefully selected for our most discerning guests.

Ceremony Only

Guests arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony Ceremonies usually take 15-20 minutes.Includes the use of the gardens, ground floor terrace area, gazebo, wet edge horizon pool for photography and glass atrium (plan B for inclement weather).

Includes 30 minute beverage service( excludes beer) and freshly roasted spiced nuts after the ceremony.

All Friday and weekend bookings must conclude by 1pm.

Brunch / High Tea - two hours

A decadent selection of sandwiches, sweet and savoury gourmet treats.

* Weekend bookings may only be made six months in advance for the month of September through to May.

This package may be extended for one hour to include an additional sweet or savoury treat and beverage service. $30 per person plus venue hire.

Silver Roaming Cocktail - four hours

Daytime reception or 5pm evening reception.

A minimum of 60 adult guests on a Saturday, September through to May

• The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and chef's selection dips. Followed by 6 varieties of food items.
• 4 varieties of canapes - 2 hot and 2 cold.
• select one entree (or dessert) and one main served in white china bowls
• Beverage Service 4 hours (3.5 alcoholic)

With this package your wedding cake may be served as dessert.

This package may be extended for one hour to include beverage service and an additional canape $20 per person or bowl item $25 per person plus venue hire.

Gold Roaming Cocktail - five hours

Daytime reception or 5pm evening reception.

A minimum of 60 adult guests guests on a Saturday, September through to May

• The package begins with freshly roasted nuts, chef's selection of dips, gourmet cheese and fruit platters.
• Includes beverage service 5 hours ( 4.5 alcoholic)
• Followed by 9 varieties of food items.
  
  Selection of 6 varieties of canapes - 3 hot and 3 cold canapes.
• Select one entree, select one main and select one dessert served in white china bowls
• Port and Belgian chocolates

This package may be extended for one hour and includes beverage service $16 per person plus venue hire.

Silver Formal Sit Down - four hours

Daytime reception or 5pm evening reception.

A minimum of 60 adult guests on a Saturday

• Includes beverage service 4 hours ( 3.5 alcholic)
• The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and beverages served on the terrace overlooking the ocean for 30 minutes before guests are seated in the sandstone and glass dining room.
  
  Freshly baked bread.
  Selection of one entree, two mains served alternatively and one dessert.

This package may be extended for one hour to include beverage service and an additional canape. $18 per person plus venue hire.

Gold Formal Sit Down - five hours

Daytime reception or 5pm evening reception

minimum of 50 adult guests on a Saturday

• Includes 5 hours beverage service (4.5 alcoholic)
• The gold sit-down package begins with freshly roasted assorted nuts
  2 varieties of canapes - 1 hot and 1 cold
  Gourmet cheese and fruit platter all served on the terrace over looking the rainforest and ocean for about one and a half hours before guests are seated.
  
  Once seated in the sandstone and glass dining room guests are served;
  - Freshly baked bread
  - Selection of two entrees, two mains, and two desserts served alternatively.
  
  - Port and Belgian chocolates

This package may be extended for one hour and includes beverage service $14 per person plus venue hire.

Conditions

• To secure a date for a wedding a five hour venue hire fee is required.
• In the event of a cancellation within 12 months of the booked date the full venue hire fee to secure the reservation will be changed. Outside 12 months of the booked data, an administration fee of $500 will be charged.
• Please note we have a responsible service of alchol policy and the service of alcohol must conclude 30 minutes prior to the end of your function as per the law all other beverages are served untill the end of your function.
