Dining on the Edge VISITORS to the retreat WELCOME on a SATURDAY NIGHT. The evening begins from 6 pm with canapés and a welcome beverage followed by a 3 course chefs menu includes select beverages, house wines and corkage should you wish to BYO wine. $148 per person
( Dining is available for in-house guests on a Sunday – Friday $148 per person )
Tumbling Waters Retreat is a small boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest, produce available we offer a chefs menu. The chefs menu ” modern Australian cuisine ” usually contains meat & seafood, to enhance your dining experience we will need to know in advance about any special dietary requirements, vegetarian , allergies, food intolerances so we can cater especially for you.
We except limited bookings. Cancellations within 72 hours of a booking result in food wastage and empty seats. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours ( 3 days ) of your booking a $25 per person cancellation fee is charged…….thanks in advance for your understanding
not suitable for small children .. ..of course we can make exceptions for well behaved kids only !!!
*Group reservations with 6 guests valid credit card numbers are required ( visa / master card ) to secure a booking. Group reservations > 6 require a $600 non refundable deposit. This money will then be credited to your invoice after dining. Final guest numbers and information re guests with special diet requirements e.g. vegetarian, food intolerance’s etc must be provided 3 days in advance.
To maintain the ambience of Dining on the Edge a semi private area is allocated to group bookings and a tariff of $160 per person applies and includes a 3 hour beverage package.
