Dining on the Edge booking form
Dining on the Edge VISITORS to the retreat WELCOME on a SATURDAY evening. Please arrive before sunset between 6 – 6.30pm for canapés and a welcome beverage served on the terrace over looking the ocean followed by a 3 course chefs menu….. $148 per person includes select beverages, house wines and corkage should you wish to BYO wine. ( 2.5 hour beverage package )

Tumbling Waters Retreat is a small boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest, produce available we offer a chefs menu. The chefs menu ” modern Australian cuisine ” usually contains meat & seafood, to enhance your dining experience we will need to know in advance about any special dietary requirements, vegetarian , allergies, food intolerances so we can cater especially for you.
We except limited bookings. Cancellations within 72 hours of a booking result in food wastage and empty seats. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours ( 3 days ) of your booking a $25 per person cancellation fee is charged…….thanks in advance for your understanding
Suitable for well behaved children only A tariff of $65 per child applies.
*Group reservations with 4- 6 guests valid credit card numbers are required ( visa / master card ) to secure a booking. Small private group reservations > 6 and a maximum of 16 to maintain the ambience of Dining on the Edge you may need to reserve the upstairs private Dining room area and a tariff of $160 per person applies. This tariff includes a 3 hour beverage package with select beverages, house wines and corkage should you wish to BYO wine ( 2.5 hours alcoholic ) A $600 non refundable deposit is required to secure small group reservations. Final guest numbers, payment and information re guests with special diet requirements e.g. vegetarian, food intolerance’s etc must be provided 2 weeks in advance.
