Dining on the Edge Booking Form
What finer way to enjoy a special evening than dining on the edge of an escarpment, nestled amongst the tress, with panoramic views of the ocean below you. Your evening will begin at 6 pm/6.30pm with a selection of canapés and a welcome beverage followed by a mouth watering 3 course Chef’s menu prepared by our head chef, Thierry Molimard. Thierry prides himself on aquiring the finest fresh local produce to cater for you in this magical setting.
$148 per person includes a selection of beverages, house wines and corkage should you wish to BYO wine ( 2.5 hour beverage package )
Dining on the Edge is open everyday for our in-house guests with visitors welcome on Saturdays (visitors to the retreat welcome everyday subject to in house bookings)
To secure your reservation a $25 per person booking fee is required.
Tumbling Waters Retreat is a small, boutique Retreat and in order to provide you with the freshest seasonal produce available we offer a Chef’s menu. The Chef’s menu is “modern Australian cuisine ” usually offering meat and seafood. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements including vegetarian guests, allergies and food intolerances so that we can cater for you and ensure you have an amazing dining experience.
Dining on the Edge accepts limited booking and due to the need to prepare and cater for our tailored Chef’s menu, cancellations within 72 hours of a booking will require a $25 per person cancellation fee. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Suitable for well behaved children, a tariff of $65 per child applies.
*Group reservations with 4- 6 guests require a valid credit card number (Visa/Mastercard) to secure the booking. Small, private group reservations of more than 6 and a maximum of 16 guests are possible. To maintain the ambience of Dining on the Edge you may need to reserve the upstairs private dining room and a tariff of $160 per person applies. This tariff includes a 3 hour beverage package with a selection of beverages, house wines and corkage should you wish to BYO wine (2.5 hours alcoholic) . Final guest numbers, payment and any dietary requirements must be provided 2 weeks in advance.
Payment options include direct bank transfer, Visa OR Mastercard with a 2% credit card surcharge, or cash.
